Championship Sauce.
For years, this outstanding sauce was served only to judges at barbecue contests. In fact, this is the very sauce served with the Whole Hog entrée at the World Barbecue Championship at Memphis In May in 2000 – and the Super Smokers BBQ Competition Team won First Place! In 2001, the decision was made to quit hogging something this good, and bottle it for you. The Championship Sauce is spicy and sweet, with a pleasant little kick to delight your taste buds. You may want to put it in a different container and tell your friends it's your own special concoction!
Tennessee Original.
A lot of barbecue joints in the great southern state of Tennessee use a thin vinegar-tomato blended sauce. This version pays tribute to those who love apple cider vinegar, garlic and onion powders, and various peppers. With its thin character, this makes a good basting sauce for near the end of your cooking process. Super Smokers BBQ restaurant customers love Tennessee Original on pulled pork and chicken. This is a sauce that will remind you of a famous quote from musician Charlie Daniels: “Ain’t it great to be alive and be in Tennessee!”

Kansas City Style.
You’ll find a lot of different sauces in Kansas City, but this style is thick, sweet and smoky. Many from the Heartland love the sweet sauces and Kansas City is certainly known for its BBQ smoke. Restaurant customers dining on brisket frequently add a little of this to “beef up” the taste. Blend a little Kansas City Style with Super Smokers BBQ Texas Hot sauce, and you get another style of sauce commonly found in K.C.

St. Louis Style.
Many Midwesterners from the Gateway City like a sweet, yet mild sauce, and this one has a smooth and tasty profile. Customers’ loyalty to this sauce cannot be matched anywhere, and the catering team never goes to an event without it. Corporate professionals transferring out of St. Louis pack it by the case in their moving van. Pregnant women have admitted to craving this sauce! Restaurant customers from all over the U.S. visiting Super Smokers BBQ restaurants call a few days later and beg to order it. You’ll like it, too
Mississippi Mud Sauce.
It is called “Mud Sauce” because it looks like muddy water from the Mighty Mississippi! (The former name was Carolina Thin, because in the Carolinas, you will find a lot of barbecue joints with this kind of sauce on the table.). This is a vinegar sauce. There is no tomato or mustard in it. Shake it up good before you pour to get an even distribution of the spices that are parked on the bottom of the bottle. Mississippi Mud Sauce makes for an awesome marinade. Brush it on pork chops or chicken breasts, wait a while and then smoke the meat over an indirect fire. Boil shrimp with it. Add it to chili. Thin out the Kansas City Style sauce to warm it up or deliver a little “vinegar kiss” to the Texas Hot sauce. You can’t go wrong!

Carolina Mustard.

The farther east you go, the more yellow the barbecue sauce becomes, and this style of sauce is very common in the Carolinas and Georgia. This sweet, thick mustard-based sauce was developed for chicken, but a lot of people use Carolina Mustard on pork chops and baby back ribs. Dab a little on pork tenderloin, and you will realize why they call pork “the other white meat.” Splash some on top of Super Smokers' slaw and you get a whole different sensation. Your idea of mustard will never be the same! It's great for grilling bratwursts and hot dogs.

Texas Hot.
“Hot as an August afternoon in the heart of Texas” – that’s what people say about this bold, spicy sauce! All the Super Smokers BBQ sauces are made in small batches, but this is the one with various forms of cayenne to bring out its character. Use it with honey and a little apple juice to make great Hot Wings! Add a little bit of this sauce to your chili to make it stand out from everybody else’s. Or stir some in to any barbecue sauce to give it a good old-fashioned Texas kick!
