If you are looking to pick up and carryout BBQ from our location
this is a great page for you to plan for a group of ten or more
people.
One of our most frequently asked questions is, How do I figure
how much barbecue I need for my group meal Folks wanting to feed
the entire office, their large family gathering, reunions, a client
group, church group, athletic teams, automobile dealerships, graduation
parties, baby showers and any other type of group of eight people
or more ask this question.
That's why we designed this page. We have a handy dandy tool that
can help you estimate how much food you need. Our rule of thumb
is:
- four servings per pound.
- On Ribs it is two to three servings per full slab.
Remember it is helpful to think about how many servings are
needed. Don't just think about how many people are going
to be at your meal. This barbecue is soooo tasty, that a lot of
people go through the line more than once.
This must be taken into consideration. How many hearty eating
appetites will be at your meal versus regular eating appetites?
It is better to have too much food than not enough. Plus our customers
have never complained about having some left for later in the
week or the next day!
Sales tax is not included in the estimator tool. Again the tool
is an estimator with our current pricing structure built in. Call
for up to the minute prices. They sometimes vary due to market
conditions. We hope it is helpful. We appreciate your loyalty
