We’ve also sold over 730,000 plates of BBQ and have provided nearly 3 MILLION napkins. Though we’re not sure many napkins get used. Most people don’t let a single drop of our good ole’ mouthwatering, finger-licking, Texas-Toast sopping barbecue go to waste!
We don’t prepare fancy smoked cuisine. We sizzle delicious, slow-smoked BBQ meats and concoct home-made savory side dishes to accompany them.
We don’t even have “chefs.” We have “Pit Masters.”
You can call it BBQ, Bar-B-Q, BBQue, Barbecue, Bar-B-Cue, Bar-b-q, or Bar-be-que, doesn’t matter to us – just don’t call too late, because we only smoke so much meat per day, and when it’s gone it’s gone!

Jeff Fitter is the Owner and Head Pit Master. He has a Fire and Passion for serving great BBQ. Jeff Fitter founded the award-winning Super Smokers’ team to compete in local and regional BBQ competitions. Before he knew it, he was catering award-winning BBQ to customers throughout the St. Louis region, had opened a smokehouse, and had a BBQ food truck. He’s now opening his second location – with a Cajun flair!
